Looking Back

Albert Lashbrook established Lashbrook Produce in 1940, in Rodney, Ontario. Then, eggs were broken by hand and only whole egg was available.

Since 1940, the company has undergone many transformations to keep pace with the demands of its customers requiring processed eggs:

State of the art security monitoring systems, microbiological testing of every batch of product and regular personnel training has further established the credentials of the company.

In 2004, Lashbrook became one of the first egg processors to receive HACCP Certification from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

In 2005, a constant supply of eggs was guaranteed when L.H. Gray and Son Limited purchased Lashbrook Produce and recently the company changed its name to Lashbrook Egg Products to clearly identify its business.
